So we were checking out the San Diego Film commission site for any news on local productions and we discovered this new commercial incentive program. Starting July 1, 2009, under this program eligible production costs may be reimbursed for local productions. To be eligible, 75% of the filming must occur in San Diego and 50% of the crew must be local...checkout the site for more info.
