Just got back from a long weekend and had a chance to read an interesting article about TV/FILM aspect ratios and the introduction of a 21:9 cinema display. Currently TV's are either the old standard 4:3 or HD 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. Checkout this article about the new Philips 21:9 Cinema display.
