Adding to the Kilimanjaro sized mountain of problems that have impeded production of The Hobbit movie, there is a new strike happening among the NZ actor's union that may block production. It is really starting to seem like this movie is cursed and will never be made. Here's hoping it comes out in theaters before 2050, when I'm too elderly and fragile to watch anything more exciting than the Lifetime network and movies based on Nicholas Sparks' books.
